I had to hit pause—not just on this blog, but on a few things in my life. Life has a way of pulling you aside when it’s time to slow down and reassess. That’s exactly what I did: reflect, reset, and refocus.

With everything going on in this country—political tension, economic uncertainty, and nonstop noise—it’s no surprise I found myself in deep reflection. And I know I’m not alone.
